With Hedges since 2024

Lindsey VanDyck serves as a Consultant at Hedges, bringing more than 14 years of nonprofit development and marketing experience to her work in strategic planning and organizational alignment. Since joining Hedges in 2024, she has partnered with leadership teams to shape their vision, articulate mission and values, and develop strategic frameworks that translate big ideas into actionable direction.

Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Butler University. Her career began with deep engagement in the nonprofit sector, where she built community support for mission-driven organizations across Indiana and Wisconsin. That experience sharpened her ability to connect strategy with storytelling, an asset she now applies in helping organizations align their identity, priorities, and long-term goals.

Known for her analytical thinking and exceptional writing ability, Lindsey is skilled at taking multifaceted information and turning it into clear, compelling language. She listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and brings together diverse perspectives to create documents that reflect both the logical and human dimensions of an organization’s work.

Lindsey approaches each engagement with curiosity, discipline, and a commitment to growth.

Outside of her consulting work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading, walking, and pursuing creative hobbies such as knitting, gardening, and candle-making. She values time with her family and the constant opportunity to learn something new.
