Ashley Landrum is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Monarch Community Solutions, where she partners with nonprofits, community organizations, corporations, and public sector leaders to design strategies that strengthen organizations and create thriving communities. Her work focuses on community and economic development, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational capacity building, and cross-sector collaboration.
Ashley brings more than a decade of experience leading transformative initiatives that bridge neighborhood revitalization, economic opportunity, public policy, and nonprofit leadership. Throughout her career, she has facilitated strategic planning processes, guided organizational growth, developed public-private partnerships, secured funding for community initiatives, and led collaborative efforts that improve quality of life for residents.
Prior to launching Monarch Community Solutions, Ashley served as Chief Executive Officer of the United Northeast Community Development Corporation, where she led comprehensive neighborhood revitalization efforts across Indianapolis’ Northeast Corridor. Under her leadership, the organization advanced initiatives focused on equitable economic development, healthy food access, workforce development, housing stabilization, community health, and commercial revitalization through partnerships with local, state, and national organizations.
Today, Ashley advises organizations on strategic planning, facilitation, community engagement, board and leadership development, project management, and place-based economic development. She is recognized for her ability to convene diverse stakeholders, translate complex challenges into actionable strategies, and build collaborative partnerships that produce lasting community impact.
Ashley currently serves on the Indianapolis Police Merit Board and contributes her leadership to several nonprofit and civic organizations dedicated to strengthening communities across Central Indiana. She believes sustainable change is achieved when residents, institutions, businesses, philanthropy, and government work together toward a shared vision.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and will begin pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Butler University’s Lacy School of Business. She is a proud wife, mother, and lifelong advocate for creating stronger neighborhoods, stronger organizations, and stronger communities.
